Between Earth and Sky: Our Spring Choral Concert

Our Spring Concert: Between Earth and Sky!

In keeping with tradition, our program will feature works from many time periods and genres; from Thomas Morley to Clara Schumann to Huddie Ledbetter to Billy Joel, and beyond. The repertoire revolves around themes of love, beauty, and the joy and solace that can be found Between Earth and Sky! There is sure to be something for everyone!

Several of the pieces the group is preparing were slated for our spring 2020 concert, so we are thrilled we’re finally able to share them with our wonderful audience!

The Details

  • Date/Time: Saturday, May 13th, 7:00 pm
  • Location: Unitarian Universalist Society of Bangor, 120 Park St.
  • Admission: $10 suggested donation at the door

Join us after the concert for a plant sale!

We’ll have a collection of house and garden plants grown by our members, along with some locally crafted pottery available by donation. Round out your spring gardens, bring a little greenery to your home, or just help a great cause – music!

Thank you, as always, for supporting local choral arts!

If you’ve been thinking you’d love to sing with us, here’s your chance! Our first 2-3 rehearsals are “open rehearsals” meaning anyone who thinks they’d like to see what it’s like and dust off your vocal cords if it’s been a while. This season, we’re still requiring everyone who joins us to have all CDC recommended COVID boosters, and masks are required.

If you haven’t been able to sing with us for a while, we miss you and hope this is the year we get to see us again! If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us at nrsingers@gmail.com.
